Working on CMMT (watson) generating TF-author results – had some database loading issues, but just nuked and reloaded and that worked better. The list is much shorter now though.
Working on OICR generating disease-centric clouds in ~/cloudify/ . Will pipe results back to home to integrator/cloudify/ for reformatting.
